1. Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellation will not be possible due to the print-on-demand nature of our business.

2. Refunds
- Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
3. Exchange
- We do not offer exchanges on custom or made-to-order items. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will either offer a replacement or issue a refund.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
- In case of a refund, shipping costs incurred for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified.
